Had an accident, someone hit me. Went there for accident reporting and repairs and claims. Reporting process was smooth. Claiming hit a hiccup due to other party not responsive but Progressive made sure they kept following up and in the end helped to engage the other party. Repair was done professionally and car looks great. Appreciate that they cleaned up the vehicle inside as well. Pleasantly surprised. They will also help to process the loss of use claims which they will update me soon. Highly Recommended.
