I had an accident and progressive car care made claiming a breeze. My car was wrapped and the workshop did an excellent job of matching the paint to my wrap. Job was done promptly without any hiccups and communication was regular. Thank you so much for the service and I will definitely go back for any car related issues.

Send car in for insurance claim due to minor accident along CTE. Very good service provided. the staff proactively help to tape and cover up the damage rear light without asking, as I could still drive the car while waiting for 3rd party insurance respond. all the forms and information needed are clearly stated and shared. With comprehensive insurance, a rental car is provided. time spend waiting in workshop handling paperwork were kept to the minimum and collecting car back is quick and easy. a peace of mind sending to them for insurance claim services.

I saw an advertisement online about Progressive Car Care's spray painting, and asked for reviews from my friends. In fact, one of my friends was an ex-customer in Progressive when she came in 4-5 years ago for the repairs through insurance claims. Seeing how the paint quality lasted after numerous years on her car, she strongly recommended this place. Customer service is tip-top, I was offered a drink on arrival and they went through the process of different paint materials quality, and did a sample respray on-site so that I can take a look at the real colour, instead on the catalog. I told them I wanted the same as they did do for insurance claims vehicle (same as my friend), which is the Premium Package. Job was fast and done in less than a week. As I collect my vehicle, I am very satisfied with my new car colour. Thanks for the great service and expertise.

Sent my car on the 17th Sept, I was attended by Ms Wendy who was very professional and provided the quick quote for the repair. No hard selling. She handled the service quite well including the necessary checks in the car and even arranged the rental car for my use. Had an accident, someone hit me. Went there for accident reporting and repairs and claims. Reporting process was smooth. Claiming hit a hiccup due to other party not responsive but Progressive made sure they kept following up and in the end helped to engage the other party. Repair was done professionally and car looks great. Appreciate that they cleaned up the vehicle inside as well. Pleasantly surprised. They will also help to process the loss of use claims which they will update me soon. Highly Recommended.

What I love about this workshop is they do not hard sell. I first visited this company as I had an accident and I chose this workshop as it is nearest to my workplace & an authorised workshop of AIG. I have since changed job and moved to the west. However, I still come back for regular maintenance of the vehicle. Progressive never fail to impress. Strongly recommended! Did an insurance claim with my vehicle and was very happy with the fast responsiveness and repair job done. I would like to commend this workshop for their good expertise and professionalism.

I have ended my contract with a Private Hire company recently and was about to return my car, that I would need a fix on my car exterior damages (my rental company always try to find fault for damages when you end your contract with them). That is why, lucky I have Progressive workshop! Charges wise, it is very competitive and reasonable with comparison to other established spray painting companies judging from the quality of work. Progressive’s work is spot-on as when I returned the car, the Private Hire company couldn’t find fault with it. Furthermore, upon collecting the car, what has surprised is that my car was washed, waxed on the damaged area and even vacuumed. The dashboard was even wiped as it was quite dusty when I sent in. Seriously I personally do not expect these value-added services to be provided as I only go for a simple bumper and fender respray. A great workshop with quality respray work, great service and very reasonable pricing. Thanks Progressive Team. The quality of service and work have way exceeded my expectation!

I have been using Progressive Automotive as they are the authorised workshop for AIG. Always have good experience with them as they fight for your insurance approval when they know you are not at fault. Recently, I had an experience with them that exceeded all expectations. I got into a minor accident so I had to fix my bumper. My authorised dealer said there was no engine and gearbox damage but knocking was not possible and quoted me a price of $2,878!! I took it to Progressive and Wendy said they will try their best to knock and paint and charged me $550. When I collected my car, I was shocked. It looked brand new! No sign of any past damage at all. Not just that, they cleaned the interior as well as the engine so that they were sparkling. The best part was, my AD told me they could not clean my windscreen and I had to go to a glass specialist. I think the solar film was not placed on properly and it was affecting the clarity slightly. Progressive cleaned it for me. Amazing job. Progressive Team. The quality of service and work have way exceeded my expectation!

Recently visited to spray my Audi A3 side skirts, reasonable quotation with quality paintwork and correct colour code. The workshop accommodated to my request to collect within the day, even though I sent the car in in the afternoon. Will definitely visit again for the good and quality service.

Truly honest and sincere. Let me explain why I am writing such magnificent praises for this company who services my car. Firstly, they managed to solve an intermittent problem I had with my brakes, which I sent to other reputable company recommended by my PI agent for warranty and free servicing, which they couldn't solve. The previous shop I sent convinced me to change my brake pads which still couldn’t solve the issue. The only results these brakes gave were noisy screeches whenever I move off my vehicle. Progressive also managed toimprove my fuel economy and my car is very smooth and silent after servicing. I swear I never had a better driving experience before the servicing with them. Best of all, the charges were also very reasonable. Very pleased and happy. Highly recommended. Have already went for 3 servicing with Progressive, and have also recommended them to all my friends and family.
