I have been using Progressive Automotive as they are the authorised workshop for AIG. Always have good experience with them as they fight for your insurance approval when they know you are not at fault. Recently, I had an experience with them that exceeded all expectations. I got into a minor accident so I had to fix my bumper. My authorised dealer said there was no engine and gearbox damage but knocking was not possible and quoted me a price of $2,878!! I took it to Progressive and Wendy said they will try their best to knock and paint and charged me $550. When I collected my car, I was shocked. It looked brand new! No sign of any past damage at all. Not just that, they cleaned the interior as well as the engine so that they were sparkling. The best part was, my AD told me they could not clean my windscreen and I had to go to a glass specialist. I think the solar film was not placed on properly and it was affecting the clarity slightly. Progressive cleaned it for me. Amazing job. Progressive Team. The quality of service and work have way exceeded my expectation!
