I saw an advertisement online about Progressive Car Care’s spray painting, and asked for reviews from my friends. In fact, one of my friends was an ex-customer in Progressive when she came in 4-5 years ago for the repairs through insurance claims. Seeing how the paint quality lasted after numerous years on her car, she strongly recommended this place.
Customer service is tip-top, I was offered a drink on arrival and they went through the process of different paint materials quality, and did a sample respray on-site so that I can take a look at the real colour, instead on the catalog. I told them I wanted the same as they did do for insurance claims vehicle (same as my friend), which is the Premium Package.
Job was fast and done in less than a week. As I collect my vehicle, I am very satisfied with my new car colour. Thanks for the great service and expertise.
